Dear Friend,

I am delighted to invite you to the Vinyasa Intensive in Costa Rica this coming January 24th-31st at Pura Vida. It will be a remarkable week of Yoga, meditation, good food, great friends, and high adventure. My staff will include Johnny Gillespie a truly gifted teacher who will share with us his visionary insight into the synergy of western exercise science and yoga’s therapeutic principles. January in Costa Rica is a very special time. The rainy season has ended, but left everything very green and the weather is profound. This week will be an adventure that will inspire positive change in your life. I have been an enthusiastic advocate of these types of experiences for over a decade now and the one thing that continues to surprise me is the consistency with which I am told “This surpassed all of my expectations.” Imagine the very best time you could have then assume that this adventure will be better! To paraphrase the words of Ghandi “Be the change you want to see in your life!”
