In this Garden of Eden the year round temperature is 70 to 80 degrees during the day with with mild nights. The walking paths lead you amidst enchanted gardens of heliconias and orchids. At Pura Vida you find yourself in a world of fountains, pools, fruit and ornamental trees, colorful birds, and gentle butterflies. There are a wide variety of accommodations available. $1450 The Tentalows combine the adventure and feel of the outdoors with the amenities of a room. These luxury tents have carpeted floors, very comfortable beds (the same as in the other accommodations), electricity, space for your clothes and plenty of fresh mountain air. The shared bathrooms are set in lush gardens, are very attractive, and are conveniently located nearby.

$1530 The Standard Rooms are comfortable, colorful and cozy surrounded by lush gardens. The shared bathrooms are only a few steps away.


$1680 The Deluxe Rooms are the A-Frames and Vistas. They each have their own baths and a private balcony with stunning views.


$1850 The Super Deluxe Rooms are the Villa, Kivas and Tri-levels. These accommodations have plenty of space and comfort, offering a living area, private bath and balcony.

$2100 The Suites:
The Lila Suite – is a gorgeous suite with a huge private balcony, vaulted ceilings, and a king-size bed.

The Zendo Suite – features a wrap around balcony, and huge picture windows which allow for magnificent views. It also features an outdoor shower, which makes it a most special place to stay.

A Note on Registration:

The retreat cost is per person, and it includes 3 delicious meals per day, all yoga and meditation sessions and program offerings, 7 nights lodging, transportation to and from the airport, and all of the beauty and peace a week like this offers. Optional excursions such as hiking the waterfall gardens and taking a canopy tour through the rainforest can be arranged on site.

*Week-long Refund/Non-refund/Retreat Cancellation Policy:

Please note that upon submission of your application registration you will be charged a $500 non-refundable deposit. The remainder of your balance will be charged on October 15th, 2008. Contact Mariam Gates with any payment inquiries.

Refund/Non-Refund Policy:

$500 is non-refundable upon registration. Cancellations must be made 60 days before the retreat begins. We can not offer any refunds for cancellations within 60 days of the event.
