Join our live 10-week online Yoga Teacher Study Group as we dive deep into the complementary wisdom of Deepak Chopra’s The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and the Bhagavad Gita. Each week, we’ll explore one of Chopra’s spiritual laws alongside key teachings from the Gita, engaging in thoughtful discussion, reflective journaling, and integrative yoga and meditation practices. This immersive experience is designed to support yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners in embodying these timeless principles both on and off the mat, enriching personal practice and enhancing the depth of their teaching with spiritual insight and authentic connection. All sessions will be recorded if you are unable to attend a specific session.

Course Description

The Format

The format is meant to be accessible and immediately relevant. We will meet remotely on Zoom for just one and a half hours per week for a ten-week learning cycle. Each week you will receive a Yoga class that will teach experientially the themes and a dharma talk on what we are learning that week so that although it will be a remote learning setting, you will be able to interact with the content experientially on your mat and your cushion.

The curriculum will be the intersection between yoga theory and personal practice, as well as yoga theory and teaching methodology.
